Upon commissioning me, you are agreeing to all of the following terms.
In addition, you understand that failure to adhere to these terms will result in repercussions.
I, the Artist, am providing a Digital Service and Product. Meaning, you are receiving an intangible product without the shipping/delivery of any physical goods.
I, the Artist, reserve the right to refuse or cancel my service on an order for any reason.
I, the Artist, reserve the right to share commissioned orders at my own discretion.
I, the Artist, reserve all Commercial Rights to my artwork, unless negotiated otherwise.
I, the Artist, refuse to work with minors and reserve the right to acquire proof of age upon purchase. You must be 18 years or older to order a commission from me.

Usage Permissions
You may crop/share/download/print the commissioned work for personal use.
You may re-upload my artwork to your personal galleries (with direct credit to me).
You may not resell, heavily edit, nor reproduce my artwork in any way.
You may not use my artwork in any commercial setting (by yourself, or as a company).
This includes but is not limited to; NFT minting, AI regenerative training, Data farming or anything of the likes.
Payment & Processing
Payments must be completed upfront within 24 hours, unless negotiated otherwise.
Payments of $200+ may opt for a payment plan, short term only.
Payments are primarily made with Paypal via invoice.
Payments are also alternatively accepted through Venmo, Ko-Fi, and Cashapp. You must fill out an invoice through a form you will recieve in your email in these cases.
After the stated payment period, an invoice reminder will be sent to you via email. If you don't follow up within 2 hours, your order will be canceled.
Turnaround
Commission orders can be expected anywhere between 1-3 days up to 3 months.
This estimate may fluctuate depending on the complexity of the commission, and/or personal life interferences.
If you'd like to set a due-date for the completion of your commission and a priority role in my queue, you will have an additional $20 'Rush Fee' added to your invoice total.
The 'Rush Fee' may be added at any point, though it is preferred upfront. The time frame given must be reasonable enough to the amount of work that needs to be done.
Please refrain from pestering me about the ETA of your order to an unreasonable amount. This includes, but is not limited to;
Constantly asking me when it will be finished in a short duration of time.
Flirting with me in an attempt to speed up the process (or otherwise).
Threatening to refund the commission order if it is not expedited, as there is a fee to have your order expedited.
These things will not make the work come faster, and may have you BLACKLISTED.
Design Terms of Use
Owner may make minor changes to the design/gender swap.
Owner may re-sell the character if the design has received additional commissioned artwork
Owner may not re-sell the design if it has not received any additional artwork, it may only be traded/gifted.
Owner may not; use my artwork/designs in a commercial/business setting, use my artwork/designs for A.I gen. slop, remove my design from Toyhou.se, nor remove credit.

Refund Policy
Fee's and Tips are NONREFUNDABLE.
You are eligible for a FULL refund if the artwork has not been started, is overdue (with 'Rush Fee'), and/or has gone unlogged on the public queue.
You are eligible for a PARTIAL refund if the artwork has been caught between being complete and incomplete for more than 1 month, with good reason.
In addition, upon receiving the refund you will also be sent the commission in it's current state. However close to complete it may be, without any further work put into it.
You may finish the piece YOURSELF, however you may not have another artist complete my work.
If the artwork is in the Rendering or Complete stages, you are INELIGIBLE for a full refund. This is nonnegotiable.
Unwarranted Disputes or Chargebacks will result in being permanently BLACKLISTED.
